At First Baptist Church of Rincon, the goal of our children's ministry is to teach children that God loves them and that He sent His Son, Jesus, to die for their sins. Dr. Bill Gammon, our associate pastor, guides our children's ministry. We take the safety of children very seriously; all of our volunteers who work with children have passed a criminal background check. We have many programs designed especially for children.

Sunday School: We have age-graded Sunday School classes for each grade at 9:00 a.m.

Children's Church: During the 10:30 a.m. Sunday School hour, we offer children's church, "Kids for Jesus," for kindergarten through third grade.

Choir: RFB Kids choir practices each Sunday night at 4:30 p.m.

Bible Drills: Children's Bible drills meet Sunday night at 5:00 p.m.

Missions: RA's for boys and GA's for girls meet Wednesdays at 7:00 p.m.

Summer schedule: Vacation Bible School is held in June, and Terrific Tuesdays provide fun activities each Tuesday throughout the summer. Then kids can also go to summer camp.

Special events: Throughout the year, special events are designed for children, such as our V.I.P. Kids Banquet and Fall Festival on October 31.
